Milos Raonic

Milos Raonic is a young tennis player who is making a name for himself on the tennis court. Milos started off being ranked 156th in the world. after winning an ATP tournament and going far into other tournaments he is now ranked 34th in the world. He is the Highest ranking Canadian ever in tennis. This kid has an amazing serve which he uses to destroy his opponents. Raonic just recently lost to ferrer at the Monte Carlo masters, but trust me this young kid will be back next tournament and play even stronger. This was his first experience with clay courts. In my opinion: give him a few years and he will be at the top of the leader boards with Rafael Nadal. What do you guys think about Milos Raonic and his future?

  1. Milos has won one tournament in San Jose on Hard Court. The only tough opponent he beat was Verdasco who he narrowly escaped in the final. He does not have even the remote chance of breaking into the top 5. His serve is only effective on hard court. If you look at the past heavy hitters and guys with big serves, Roddick and Isner for example, Roddick has broken the top 10 early in his career but as he is getting older he's lost his serve, he was recently knocked out of the Top 10 by Fish. I do not think he can get past the top 5, simply because the Top 5 in the world are not bothered at all by big serves. He is young and will work his way up, but comparing him to Nadal is a joke. He's already battling injury at such a young age also.
His first serve is massive and tremendous with a disgustingly nice kick serve but his shot selection and his court mobility is not top 10 worthy

    This is a brutal post.
